So the weather has been nice enough for the past few days that we've been able to make it to the park three times. The boys have loved being able to go outside and run around, and since it gets dark later Jonathan's been able to go with us in the evenings. We've really enjoyed this weather! I went and got some cheap outdoor toys (flying disks, rocket launchers, and rubberband launching airplanes) and we've had fun with them. We have to take advantage of these nice days since summer can sometimes be too hot and sticky to really enjoy the park.
This is what happens to helpless little boys when mommy's doing dishes. Aren't big brothers with markers fun? Jackson swears that it was Cooper that drew on Douglas, but Jackson was the one holding the marker, so who knows. :-) Regardless of who did it, Douglas was loving all the attention.

My boys would love to get in on your park action. But I think have four boys all with bats swinging at the same time might be trouble. :) Have you had any luck with finding a school for Jackson? I heard you wanted to get him in a special charter school. Good luck. Caleb starts in September. We will hope our family is a happy early morning family come school time. -Diedre
Hilarious! It was probably Douglas, you know, and Jackson and Cooper were just fighting over who was going to draw on themselves next...
